David Campbell, P.G.; by I2M’s Senior Engineering and Environmental Associate, Richard C. Bost, P.E., P.G.; and by Henry M. Wise, P.G., Senior Geologist and Remedial Services Senior Specialist for SWS Environmental Services, in La Porte, Texas.
